Mentorship

Undergraduate research is essential for inspiring and training the next generation of scientists. This is especially true for students from under-represented cultural, racial, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Thus, we continually endeavor to recruit undergraduate trainees and give them well-rounded (and often fun) experiences that train them how to do science.
